How do you remove a starter on a 1986 plymouth reliant k? where is it exactly and what is the easiest way to get to it?

Its behind the engine the bolts that hold it in are located in the bellhousing.. depending on the style of engine you have there was a split in that year you may have just two or three bolts through the transmission that hold the starter in or just two bolts and one nut on a stud that you get from the starter side.. also ther is a hanger/ support bolt and bracket on the back of it that can be remove most easily from under the car..
