Question about 1991 Buick Park Avenue
I have a wrecked 87' Buick Riveria T-Type which did not die after it was wrecked and the driver pulled it off the road before turning it off. After turning it off, the vehicle would not start and doesn't make any noise (that I can hear) when attempting to start it. The battery has been taken to Advance Auto Parts and they checked and charged it, all lights and dash lights come on when the key is turned in the ignition.
I know next to nothing about vehicles but am trying to learn so I'd like some instruction and guidance towards fixing this. I imagine the problem lies within the starter and wiring to the starter. I noticed a small 3V fuse for the starter and it looked fine, does the 87' Riviera have a relay for it too? If so, where might I find it? I did not see one marked as starter in either of the relay centers...
Check around the starter i think a broken wire is the problem, check even small wires just keep looking you will come accross some little thing or wire that justs needs putting back dont give up dont let it beat you keep looking believe me you get it started.good luck.adrian
