Question about 2006 Kia Optima
I get ER3 and ER6 messages on my cd player. It can be with a regular cd or a burnt cd , and it is not all the time. It will sometimes play fine for a little while, and then skip or eject the cd.
Mhorton147: Good news if your car is no more than 3 years old or has 36,000 miles on it! KIA has been repairing and/or replacing CD players under warranty for problems where it won't play all the time, cd's get stuck, they eject and so on. the

Even if your car has a little over the mileage, it's almost a sure bet they will buy the repair.If the service dept says no, go to the regional office an rattle their cage a little.
