SOURCE: Murcielago e-gear leaking

Hi
I expect you have had the problem fixed by now, as I see it was posted on the 27 Dec O8.?

I expect it was coolant that was leaking ?

And this has perhaps shorted the electrics on the transmission ECU ?

Good Luck

Don´t forget to give me a rating thanks.

Speedometer Quit working on 2004 f250 after the front end was repaired for collision damage

It is for sure that the front collision has done the damage to all the sections mentioned and it was important that before you took delivery of the car a proper trial test run was important. It will be best to get this back and have it checked to rectify the above faults.possible cable , sensor, gear could be damged and might need replacement.

Having a hard time going from park to other gears. When i try to go to reverse it is difficult then to drive hard time putting it into drive.

sounds like you have an ice or mud build up on or near your shift linkage.

have you recently run over anything or anyone?
damage can occur to the shift linkage from road debrise as well.

VW GOLF 1.4 1999 S. Gearbox makes whining sound at idle. once clutch is pressed sound goes. car drives fine with no noise in 1st-4th gears. unable to select 5th gear.. just grinds and wont engage. VW Golf...

No good news on this one I think
Your whining sound problem is the Layshaft bearings in the gearbox are badly worn. It also seems that the baulk rings are damaged on 5th gear.

Check Engine Light

If the light isn't flashing, it is safe to drive. If it is flashing, then catalytic converter damage can result. Have a parts store check the codes for you and come back and post the code.
