Question about 1994 Dodge Ram
I'd try pulling IAC (idle air control motor) off & cleaning the tip & shaft with a spray can of throttle body cleaner. Also sparay inside port (hole) that it was removed from. Careful with thin "O" ring usually at base where it mounts to side of throttle body. Usually a good cleaning will work, if nothing else temporarily, to confirm that's the trouble, if does cure & starts again, replace it.
