Trying to remove clutch bearing from 1994 dodge dakota and it wont' come out. What do I need to do?

if you are talking about the pilot bearing in the flywheel?... then pack the area behind the bearing with grease then pound a rod the size of the bearing opening into the hole of the bearing. this pressure will force the bearing out. Or you can use a slide hammer with craw tips to extract the bearing.

My 1994 dodge dakota v-6 3.9 slt has had a sqeal noise to it for 30 days, I thought it was the top pulley. Yesterday it started giving me problems putting it in to gear. The clutch feels normal and I can...

the clutch is not "disengaging" most likely a pilot bearing, or the disc, the trans will have to come out and the problem found. most likely the complete clutch will need replacement, dont forget to replace the rear main oil seal while the clutch is out, and have the flywheel resurfaced.
