How to turn off front air bag Mercedes ml 350

You cannot just disable one air bag . You can disable all of them by pulling the fuse that covers the entire air bag circuit and then you will get the air bag warning constantly on the dash and no air bag protection.

If you try disconnecting the battery and then disconnecting one air bag by fiddling with the wiring connectors to that bag, the air bag warning will show and you will possibly cause the entire system to be shut down.

There are no cheap mickey mouse fixes. If you have an issue with the front air bag because the warning has displayed then take it to Mercedes and have them fix it. If you cannot afford that you are driving the wrong brand of car.

Air bag light on passanger side

More than likely, since the wiring for the passenger side air bag is located right where you were working, you may have disconnected a wire. Start by wriggling the plug in to the air bag.

How do you disable air bag on 95 crown victoria

1992-98

CAUTION The air bag system must be disarmed before performing service around air bag components or wiring. Failure to do so may cause accidental deployment of the air bag, resulting in unnecessary repairs and/or personal injury.
  1. Position the vehicle with the front wheels in a straight ahead position.
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Disconnect the positive battery cable.
  4. Wait at least one minute for the air bag back-up power supply to drain before continuing.
    1. Remove the air bag module retaining bolts. Detach the electrical connector and remove the module.
    2. Attach air bag simulator tool 105-00010 or equivalent, to the vehicle harness connector.

  5. Connect the positive, then the negative battery cables.

MY REAR AIR BAGS AND SHOCKS ARE DONE FOR ON MY 1988 LINCOLN MARK 7 IF I REPLACE JUST THE SHOCKS HELP ME OUT FOR A WEEK TILL I CAN BUY THE AIR BAGS PLEASE HELP P.S. AIR BAGS ARE TORN IN REAR ONLY?

Replace all your Air Bag Suspension with conventional
non air ride parts.

Too expensive to maintain air suspension on an older
vehicle.

There are several companies that offer those products

You can't use a car with deflated air bags, have to be
replaced

Air bag warning light comes on goes off now on all the time, 2006 GMC Yukon Denali 70,000 miles - is it a reset or fix and will it explode while driving?

It's a very dangerous situation you're in. The main thing now is safety so I would disable the air bag 'till you get to a mechanic. Disconnect the battery overnight to discharge power to it then take (usually) 2 screws behind bag on steering wheel off and yank horn pad/air bag (usually 2 clips) and disconnect the wire(Not the horn wire).
good luck

This first post is WITH AN AIR BAG:

With Air Bag Before removing the steering wheel, disable the air bag system
Disarming the System To disarm the air bag system, simply disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery. Isolate the battery cable by taping up any exposed metal areas of the cable. This will keep the cable from accidentally contacting the battery and causing deployment of the air bag. Allow the system capacitor to discharge for at least 2 minutes, although 10 minutes is recommended, to allow for the dissipation of any residual energy.

CAUTION Before removing the steering wheel, disable the air bag system (refer to Section 6). Failure to do so could result in accidental air bag deployment and possible injury.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable and disable the air bag system.
  2. Set the front tires in a straight-ahead position.
