My 2002 Dodge 1500 Quad door blows heat on passenger side but doesn't on Driver's side, what is the problem

there is a vent hose that runs to the door. try opening the door and you will see a vent see if hot air comes out. if it does than it is the luver on the door.if it does not come out than you must look to find the hose on that side of the dashboard if you had any work done they might have knocked it off.

2002 Dodge Ram 4X4 1500 4.7L - Cold on drivers side and heat on passengers side. Checked out and actuators and blend doors working. Not sure for what next, other than dropping dash. Looking for answer...

Just worked on my father's 2000 yesterday and figured out the only floor duct dumps all the heat in the passenger side floor board. I took a piece of 1.5" pvc pipe and notched it with the dremel tool, then took some HVAC Duct work metal tape and sealed the end of the pipe. I put the pipe so that it would duct out on the drivers side then taped it with the same tape up to the floor duct. once completed, I had about the same amount of air flow on both sides. He is happy now, his feet will stay warm.

2002 dodge ram 1500 ac works on hi only . works great on hi only

Hi, this problem isn`t to bad.Replace the blower resister,or resister module, located in the blower box, could be mounted outside under hood in firewall(near windshield)passengers side.It also could be mounted under dash very near blower in blower box,for this resister has to be cooled by the blower motor. This resister is the speeds for your blower.

Have you checked the cowl to see that it is free and clear of leaves and dirt? You may have to take the plastic off to get down into it and sweep it out with a vac. Usually it is right under your wipers.
