Check gages light comes on

do all your guages work. Do you have any obd code? This normally means that there is a guage not registering correctly or you have a gauge that shows something wrong. Will the check engine light go off if after starting the auto and then shutting it off, you restart right away? Sometimes doing this causes a guage that is sticking to work. I have had this happen with a low battery, and other times, with some autos it conuianues every now and then, such as my 2004 Ram sometimes when it has set over night or very cold..

I have 1999 318 4x4 dakota with fault coads

These are misfire codes. This means that your vehicle is missing. The 300 is a random misfire and the 305 is for cylinder 5,and the 306 is for cylinder number 6.Check the plugs if they are good then you could have bad coils. They are top of the plugs.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Serious understeer with 96 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually

Are the tie rod ends tight? Is the trac bar (frame end) tight? The steering boxes on these trucks require more input that a 1/2 ton truck or a car. How is the alignment? The caster on these should be set to about 5 degrees, the original specs allow a lot of wandering.

1999 dodge 1500 4x4 5.9 auto trany trouble

you have a severe transmission problem it seems that your trans is stuck in 4th or 5th gear and dies because the rpms are not high enough your only solution is to have it repaired at the shop. I"M sorry to give yah the bad news ,but please rate this anyway
