You have activated the theft deterrent feature of your radio, u will need the code that came with the owners packet when the car was sold, if u don't have that u will need to pull the radio out and get the model and serial number off the radio and go to the dealer who can supply this unique code for your car from the Honda data base on your car when it was sold.

if it is an aftermarket radio then u must contact the manufacturer of that radio for help, my fix only refers to factory installed units.

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your Toyota service centre and get them to enter this code for you.

It may be an antitheft radio, if you don't know how to fix it, call a dealership, maybe even take it there and ask, if it is a factory radio. If you have a code, just put it in to see if it works. If it is an aftermarket radio, there are sites on the web that you should be able to find to reset it. Google is your friend.
