Question about 2006 Lexus IS
During the process of repairing my Lexus IS 220D SE, I noticed a wire grouping (under the passenger side wheel arch just above the washer bottle pump) which has been ripped out. I am unclear on what these wires are actually for. I wondered if it was spare wires which were intended for parking sensors that are not fitted to this model or for the head light washers.I can't locate a wiring diagram anywhere.
Would anyone be able to help me on this, please.

1) If you bought 1 that is looks like this
It is the High beam lamp
2) If you bought 1 that looks like this
It is the Low beam lamp

the O2 sensor for bank one sensor one is located between the catalytic converter and the engine in the exhaust head pipe. see photo of your engine cylinder layout, the sensor u want to replace is the one at the cylinder #1 bank on right.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY CAR. 93 LS 400. THAT WOULD BE YOUR FUEL FILTER OR THE FUEL PUMP GOING BAD. TRY CHANGING THE FILTER FIRST. THE DEALER TRIED TO CHARGE ME $980 TO CHANGE FUEL PUMP.
