93 Eagle Talon overheats

I have a I have a 93 Eagle Talon. The car overheats at times. Over the last few months I have replaced every component of the cooling system with the exception of the radiator and the heating core. They have both been flushed.
When the car is cold (sits for hours and engine is complete cold) the car will overheat and the heater will not produce hot air or assist in removing any of the engine heat. Once the car has overheated and cooled down and when the engine is restarted, everything is great. The heater works and the engine temperature sits dead center.
Traffic conditions do not seem to be a factor. Interstate or in town, the results are the same. When the car is cold, the heater will not work and the car will overheat. Once the engine started to cool, everything is fine.
We have replaced the water pump, replacer the sending unit in the radiator, tested and replaced the relay in the fuse box, replace the thermostat (X 2), replaced the temperature sending unit, Flushed the cooling system and replace the cooling fluid (50/50), and manually flushed the heating core.

HELP!!!!

Hi again,

For some unknown reason(s), the Live Session was cut short. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Perhaps you could try again? The old session/chat would no longer continue.

Cheers.

I would do a compression test and leak down test to determine if the head gasket is blown, that is the most likely reason

Hi

You did not specify if its petrol or Diesel I am assuming it is diesel. It might be the glow plugs. Get them checked as you will need these to get it started. If its petrol its a different issue. It might be the ignition coil (no spark) coming to the distributor. Whichever the type of car make sure that there is fuel coming to the engine. In the case of diesel you should have a primer rubber fuel pump which you press in order to bring fuel to the engine.

Hope this was of help to you :)
Thanks

simple!!!!!! pull the old one out and install the new one reverse of the disasembly. if that is to hard take it to a mechanic. besides that the water pump is on the opposite side of the timeing belt. the timeing belt doesnt cover any of the bolts for the water pump.
