Relay 1 engine compartment
fascia 2 relay 18 (if it is diesel) relay 10 (diesel again) and this could likely be the best candidate relay 4 fuel pump relay/glow plug relay
Now for the fuse box locations ... looking from the front of the car... the engine compartment fuse box is on the left side up near the firewall.
fascia two is the lowest of the two fuse panels on the drivers side under the dash to the right of the steering column (left if it was a right hand drive).
This took about 15 minutes to locate all the possible fuses, be that as it may if i missed it don't hesitate to ask me again.

just looking there are four fuse panels on that vehicle from what i can see
which relay are you looking for ?
on a 95 vw passat v6 replaced pump but still nothing
