I have replaced the fuel pump, the CPS, and the fuel filter.... and i am getting spark..... Still the car just cranks but wont start... I tried spraying starting fluid down injectors,,, still cranks but no start....
Did car run out of fuel? If so yoou may need to get rid of air lock. There is a fuel rail on the top of engine with a valve on it like a bicycle tire. With key on, remove cover on valve and push it until fuel comes out. This may solve the problem. If not you may need to loosen the nuts at injectors to allow air to escape. Also caused by fuel line leak.

I have had the same problem, the relays inside the ECU are weak when the pump is worn, need to be replaced or used as a steering-signal for an external relay for fuel pumpS, there are two pumps. Also the MAP sensor probably are dried out and need to be replaced, its the small box with the black air hose to it.
SOURCE: changed motor now car will not start
the computers that tell the engine when to fire are sometimes different even with the same motors - replace the sensors from the old onto the new motor and i bet it will run -
also there are sensors other than just on the engine itself - also check all ground wires - and recheck all wires and make sure none are hanging without being connect - also check ur main fuse in the fuse box under the hood -

pull a plug wire and see if it arcs while your cranking,if so you have verified that the plug is getting current and probley electrical problem ,pull a plug and it should be wet with fuel,if so you have verified its getting fuel ,and last but not least manuely cover the air intake as your assistant cranks at first cover it completly and gradully alow a small amount of air ( you are manuely chocking your throttle ). if this did not get you something af a spark of life im at a loss, i would suggest if your going to work on it yourself ,to get a do it yourself book, haynes or chilton , try a half priced book store or auto parts store look in trouble shooting section , if you find the problem then go to that section to find out how to fix ,,,,good luck
