You may have a bad seal allowing water from the outside in. Check your floor carpets after a rain storm, or lift the rugs and see if any water has accumulated. The evaporate will end up on your interior windows, especially as the sun hits your car (like a greenhouse). You may also have a bad heater core which is allowing a trace amount of coolant to be sent into your passenger compartment. Pressure test the system at a radiator shop and/or check your coolant level regularly for signs of loss.

If Your Fan is operating properly, along with Your defroster Meaning Your A.C. Pump is charged and engaging, I would have to take a look at Your heater-core to see if it may be leaking on to Your floor on the passenger side. Therefore causing more moisture in the car than can be evaperated under normal conditions... Hope this may Help!

Where are the relays for the rear windows located?

There is a relay bank under the hood. According to TexasHonda
In the 03-06 models, a single relay provides pax, RR, LR window motor power. Relay is located in the pax Multiplex Control Unit in the pax side foot well. If you have power to the pax side window, relay is probably working.

PAX side front window inop for the third time in 5 years...shop replaced the motor twice...has to be another problem

Doubt the motors failed at all

I would believe that a couple window regulators failed

There a two things you "never" do with vehicles

Allow a shop inside your doors, to work on window issues
& allow them to replace or as they do (butcher) your brake tubing

Work on it yourself
That way it is once & done (properly)

Passenger window wont go up 98 honda civic

I had the same issue but mine wouldn't go down, then my rear windows wouldn't go up. It turned out to be broken electrical wires around the steering wheel area and drivers side front door

My honda odyssey touring does not have a spare tire. We bought this as a brand new car. The first time i had a flat tire we checked everywhere in the car even with AAA service help and we were not able to...

2005 Honda Odyssey TOURING models originally came with Michelin PAX run-flats and eliminated the traditional dough-nut spare. If your van no longer has run-flats (look at the tire size) then your van has already been De-PAX'd...count your lucky stars because PAX tires run about 300 a tire plus!!! If you have been De-PAX'd then you will need a donut spare (T135/80D17) this goes into the spare tire space located behind the 3rd row of seats. this Site has everything you will need for the spare http://www.hondapartworld.com/1534_SPARE-SHJ

Honda '98 accord fuse box locationsInterior passenger side, looking for drv side window fuse

there is no driverside window fuse. The power window system works nsync with each other. If a fuse is out all windows will not work. Have the electrical connector checked on the switches or motor pwr connector. Also inspect the window regualator for damage. Hopefully this helps!!

My 1992 honda accord passenger side rear window will not close all the way. it goes up and down but stops about 1 inch short of closing all the way.

It sounds like you need a new window regulator. They are kind of expensive but you can always find one at a junk yard. I had one of those cars and both my rear windows did the same thing. I wound up having to replace the window regulators for both sides.
