Re: '95 Sihlouette front directional bulb replacement
From the inside of the engine compartment. Sometimes the entire lens holder has to be removed in certain cars. But see if your car has a plastic holder of the bulb where you can turn it counter clockwise to remove .You turn it a little bit then pull it out.

it may be possible that you don't have to remove the lens cover to replace the bulb, in most modern vehicles the bulbs come out from inside the trunk by turning the fitting & pulling the bulb out & replace it the same way by putting it back in & turning it in the opposite direction to lock it in place.......hope this helps......cheers.
Locate the two headlight lens assembly retaining screws at the top of each side of the assembly.
Remove each screw with the ratchet and a suitable socket.
Place the screwdriver behind the lens assembly to assist in prying out the guide pins that secure and align the headlight assembly. Hold the lens assembly from the outside edge (marker light/directional light section) first and pry from behind with the screwdriver to unseat the guide pins. Pry from the inside end of the lens assembly to unseat the other guide pin.
Pull the lens assembly out far enough to reach behind it and disconnect the headlight bulb wire harness from the back of the bulb. Or simply remove the bulb by twisting the harness and retaining ring counterclockwise and remove it as an assembly.
Turn the marker light/directional light socket and wire counterclockwise to remove it from the headlight lens assembly.
Remove the assembly from the front of the Stratus.
Open the hood and and take out the eight fastener plugs that connect the radiator cover to the front of the vehicle. Grasp the plugs from underneath, and squeeze them as you push them up and out of the hole. You do not need to remove the cover, but you need to be able to pull it away from the vehicle slightly to be able to remove the headlight.
Grasp the radiator cover close to the lens of the headlight you need to replace, and gently pull it up and toward you to access the headlight screws.
Remove the three headlight screws using a socket wrench. There are two screws directly below the lens, and one screw on the side of the lens closest to the outer edge of the vehicle.
Pull the edge of the radiator cover away from the vehicle, and lift the headlight assembly up and out of its frame.
Press the clip on the electrical connector to release it, and pull the connector out of the bulb retainer. Turn the bulb retainer counterclockwise 1/4 turn and pull it out of the assembly.
Pull the bulb out of the socket and insert the new bulb. Do not touch the bulb's glass with your fingers. Use a clean, lint-free cloth to handle the bulb if necessary.
Insert the bulb and retainer into the assembly, and turn it 1/4 turn clockwise to secure it. Plug the electrical connector into the bulb retainer.
Place the headlight back into its frame and replace the screws. Put the radiator cover back into place and insert the eight fastener plugs.
The len's is a sealed unit you need to remove the light. The light is held in with the screws you have taken out but also has a plastic round holder on the back which connects it to the pannel (wheel arch) . To remove the light pull it straight out from the front. Sometimes they can not be removed by hand so you may need to pry it slightly with a screwdriver between the lens and the wheel arch. Be carefull not to damage the paint.
