Well with labor plus part about 250 to 300. Its not really that hard for a do it yourselfer. All it is uncouple the exhaust to manifold and remove nuts from bolts from manifold. But the one problem would be to get the nuts broke loose without breaking the nuts off. If the nuts happen to break then it would have to be drilled out, and retapped.

I would tighten till hard then one more nip, should not need to be tight as because you have a gasket inbetween.

I have a radiator fluid coming out under exhaust manifold

Your engine would likely have freeze plugs on the engine block behind and just below the exhaust manifold. Check if one of those are leaking. It would need replacing. Hopefully, you can get to it without removing the exhaust manifold, but not always.
Good luck.

Exhaust replacement & Rear Brakes

I can't see a problem with the converter, but if your in one of the states that does emissions testing it might be a problem as it most likely would leak where its clamped. The best thing to do is get it all on and try to find someone to weld it for you. As far as axel seals, if there bolt in axels unbolt pull out and use the end of the axel to pop out the old seal, and just tap the new seal in carefuly. seals around $ 10.00. Break kleen will clean up break shoes and drumb. Need more help just ask.

1985 f150 rough idle

An exhaust manifold leak would not case it to run rough. Check vacuum lines that go to the in take manifold. If you have a line that is open it will get too much air at idle and cause a misfire intermittently. You also need to check plug wires. How long have the plugs been in the heads. Check the rotor and cap also.
