Question about 1997 Saab 900
Idle revs up and down when stopped in drive not too much of a problem except when trying to park or going in reverse then it will stall
It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. A good way to check for a leak is to take a squirt bottle with water in it, and with the engine COLD and the engine at idle, spray some water around where the intake mainifold and the head meet. If the idle changes you found your leak, also spray any vacume hoses. Stay away from the alternater.
