I'm driving down the street and all of a sudden all of my gauges go out. My speed shows zero, my tank shows empty. my RPM is @ zero. and my temp is laying flat.
and suggestions on what this might be and how to fix it?

Don't overlook a loose connection in the wiring harness. Since the entire dashboard goes out, the plug on the harness may not be all the way in to make a good connection. I don't think that everything would go through 1 fuse. Some of the Dodge's used to have a master thermal fuse. This would kill power to almost everything when over amp'ed or ever heated. Good Luck

That panel and its displays probably have a fuse of their own so locate your fuse box and hope that there is a diagram inside that decodes the fuses.

Where is the fuel filter in a 2004 dodge neon sxt

The fuel filter is on the top of the fuel tank and there is also a fuel strainer on the bottom of the fuel pump module and under normal conditions these never need to be replaced unless the in tank fuel pump is replaced.

CODE PO 340 SENSOR CIRCUIT CAMSHAFT MALFUNCTION

This indicates that a problem was detected in the camshaft position sensor circuit. Since it says circuit, that means the problem could lie in any part of the circuit - the sensor itself, the wiring, or the PCM. Don't just replace the CPS (camshaft position sensor) and think that will definitely fix it.I hope this helps you
