I turned the knob from 2 wheel to 4wheel high and then to 4 wheel low and it kicked in. Now I can get it to come out of 4 wheel low. Cn anyone help me?
Start vehicle, put transmission into nuetral, rotate dial from 4 low to 2 or 4 high. must be in nuetral to change.

If not an actuator problem. It might be bined, try putting the vehicle in neutral and rolling down a hill. Then stop the go in reverse up hill then drive down hill and see if the light kicks off then.Had the same problem with my jeep, called a mechanic, he told me to do that and it worked!!
