2001 Mercedes Benz C 320 (203.064)
3.2 liter SOHC V-6 (112.946)

has a firing order of
1-4-3-6-2-5

If you hear a slight hum in the gas tank when you first turn on the key for 2 seconds the pump is working. Have the fuel pressure checked by a mechanic, it should be about 60 psi. It's usually located just before the injectors. Also have each injector wire pulse checked (light test) to see if there is enough spark to them. Have the ICM Ignition Control Module unit located under the rotor checked for enough spark also. Trans Am had the problem, THEN IT turns out to be a shorted out injector causing it not to fire. If you can get to the wires to the injectors, pull one at a time while cranking to see if it starts or not. If you find that one that's faulty and unplugged the engine will start. That would be one problem. Also have the cars CPU checked to make sure it is not faulty also

You could try some fuel injector cleaner which will remove any clogs if that is the problem. You just pour it in your gas, and after a few run-thrus of fuel using the injector cleaner, you should start noticing a change in performance, and less stalling. You can buy it at an Auto Zone.

Do you need to know how to change it?

First thing, make sure you have a pulse a the imjector. You will need a noid light to checl this. If indeed you do have voltage and the issue is the injector, you can use fuel injector cleaner to try and clear it, but your best option is to go ahead and replace the injector.

Why does my 2001 Mercedes C320 start up but not run for long?

Not sure what kind of mileage it has, but check your fuel filter.
Check air filter too.

Misfire #6 cyl

Take out spark plug to make sure it's firing properly if that doesn't look like the problem the coil pack is not sending correctly or finally fuel injector could be dirty

2002 Mercedes C320 very poor fuel economy ~8 mpg, no engine codes or faults present

I'm not sure what the problem is specifically, but I can assure you this--you're basically throwing money way (and possibly exacerbating the issue) by using 93 octane fuel. Your car is timed and tuned to run most economically and with best performance with 87 octane fuel. The higher the octane, the slower the fuel burns. Longer burn time can equate to more power, but ONLY if your engine is designed and tuned for this application.
Couple of suggestions..checkto make sure your exhaust is "free". A plugged catalytic converter can really rob mileage. Tire pressure and air filter are worth mentioning as well.

99 mpv missfires, splutters.wont idle & has no power. when MAF is disconnected runs a lot better. I replaced the Maf but still does the same. The problem started suddenly, drove to work ok but when i

replace fuel filter, clean fuel injectors.could have bad fuel, do a code scan before buying new parts.faulty egr valve or faulty engine coolant temperature sensor cause engine run poorly.replace spark plugs and wires because if spark plug wires is bad or spark plug and ignition coil is bad that will cause rough idling misfiring and stalling you have dead cylinder not firing properly..

2003 SATURN VUE SERIVE ENGINE SOON LIGHT IS BLINKING ON AND OFF RAN THE OBDII READER AND CODE P0304 CYLINDER MISFIRE CAME UP I CHANGE SPARK PLUGS AND BOOTS BUT CAR STILL DRIVES ROUGH SHAKES AND WHEN PARKED...

The P0304 indicates the #4 cylinder is misfiring. The flashing light means the cylinder is not firing at all...It could be several things causeing it, coil, wires, plug, injector or vacuum leak. Do not drive your vehicle until you have this repaired, as it will lead to further more costly problems. Good luck, i hope this helps.

2001 impala 3800 engine has intermittent engine code P0301 and has a engine miss at idle and driving

this indicates that there is a problem with cylinder #1 that is causing the miss fire and needs to be checked out.it could be a spark plug, poor compression, bad fuel injector, dirty injector, bad plug wire, poor ignition coil for that cylinder.just some things to check out.

Were to start troubleshooting on a 2001 Mercedes Benz ML 430 cranks but will not start

First try to squirt some starter fluid in air intake, then try and start , if fires and runs for a split second then dies, most likely possible fuel pump bad. Thanks mike. Please let me know on results of starter fluid, then we go from there.

How do you know if you need to change a fuel filter in a 2001 pontiac montana or if the injectors are bad? If i can heard my fuel pump running does it mean it's still good?

UR OWNERS MANUAL WILL LET U KNOW. ALSO, IF U EXPERIENCE STALLING OR HARD START PROBLEMS.
INJECTOR TROUBLES ARE GENERALLY POOR MILEAGE, MISFIRING, HARD STARTING.
MANY IN TANK FUEL PUMPS U CAN HEAR WORKING, GENERALLY WHEN U TURN TO KEY ON. ONCE U HAVE THE MOTOR RUNNING, U MAY NOT HEAR THE PUMP RUNNING. IF U DO, I WOULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT.
