When the wire broke then a hot wire could have made contact with bare metel and shorted. Check the proper fuse.

Power windows stopped working. Checked fuses and changed. Switch okay. Cannot find relay

Do the door locks still work? If not It might be a wire broken at the driver door at the black rubber boot. I have seen that happen on the Jeeps. I take it that all the windows don't work.

CHeck the black wire in between the door and frame. There is a cluster of wires in a rubber boot. Guaranteed that the black wire is broken. Splice it back together.

I had same problem it is a ground wire broken in the harness rubber boot between dthe driver door. Peel back the rubber that protects wires and you will find broken ground wire(black) add a piece of wire solder and wrap with electrical tape put rubber boot back into door everything should work.

Hey man, I had this same exact problem today. In your door jam, there is a rubber boot that is enclosing wires for your powered options. Pull back the rubber boot and check the wires. I guarantee that there is atleast 1 broken if not more. Splice them back together and tape the **** out of them with electrical tape. let me know if this was the problem!! Hope this helps!

Power windows, door locks and mirrors inop.

Sounds familiar - I pulled the rubber boot back and found the black wire was broken. I stripped the wires and put on a couple bullet connectors (terminators) and all is good. Just wish I would have seen this post before I took the door panel off... Oh well...
