Question about 1997 GMC Sierra
To add brake fluid you need to locate the brake master cylinder. Open the hood and go to the driver side there is a rectangular cover (usually black) you pry on one side of it to remove it. If you were sitting behind the steering wheel it will be directly ahead of you under the hood.
