Is it a 4R70W 4 speed automatic or 5R55E 5 speed automatic? I can post a pic but it won't help find a leak. What do you need?

What are the chances that transmission fluid could get into your oil on a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac

Not that good although it could happen
You would need a leak inside the radatior between the oil colling system for the transmission and a leaking intake manifold gasket that is letting collant leak into the engine that has trany fluid nixed with it .Of coruse you would see oil floating on top of the antifreeze if you removed the radiator cap or the fluid res
. Also look at the engine oil for white foem this also means collant is getting into the engine oil white smoke out the exhaust sure sign you have a leak someware .

I am having alot of oil leakage from my 1995 ford thunderbird V8 i believe it is a 302

A rear seal is a big job. Best way to confirm is to clean it up real well and see if you can track down the leak.

Sounds like you have transmission fluid in the antifreeze. The transmission cooler might be leaking in the radiator. If it is, replace the radiator.

Oil leak out the rear main seal on a 2000 ford explorer

First, the easiest way IS to remove the transmission, it is a one piece seal, if it were a 2 piece, you would need to remove the oil pan and Rear Main Bearing Cap which in my opinion is alot tougher. When installing the new seal, make sure the the end of the crankshaft is clean of debris, lube the seal before sliding it over the end of the crankshaft to ease installation and some like to apply a thin coat of high temp sealant to the outside surface of the new seal to ensure no leakage. When reinstalling the flywheel/flex plate, proper torque is key because you dont want it working loose and having to remove the transmission again.
