Knowing which engine you have in your car would be immensely helpful in this case. The 2.4 L and 3.5L engine can be removed from under the car. The 3.6L engine requires the timing cover be removed. The more you know....
I have a 2008 Saturn Aura. Your car should have an oil life system. Depending on how you drive it will turn on a message to tell you to change oil. After you change oil and filter make sure you reset the oil life system. Get in car Turn key on press accelerator all the way to the floor 3 times within 5 seconds. Use 5W30 oil. I use Mobil 1 Extended and change my oil every 6,000 miles. (I'm a retired Cadillac Technician)
The Saturn Aura introduced a new bolt pattern for Saturn (and GM), 5-110. The SKY is the only other Saturn with this pattern. If you look to the extended family, the Chevrolet Malibu (2004-up), Pontiac G6, Saab 9-3 (current generation), Pontiac Solstice, Chevrolet Cobalt, Pontiac G5 and Chevrolet HHR use this pattern as well. There is also a very large selection of aftermarket 5-110 bolt pattern wheels.
