Cannot Disable the 4 wheel drive on my 2001Toyota Seqouoia
I engaged the 4 wheel drive by pressing the 4 wheel drive button on the dashboard. Now the little indicator on the dashboard keeps on blinking the little red dot in the middle, and it wont disengage the 4 wheel drive.

Not sure if this works with your car or not but it's worth a try.
Place in park start motor put foot on the brake place car in neutral If your car has a button marked 2wd push it. This should return you to 2wd mode return car to park turn off motor and remove foot from the brake. BUT the best thing you can do is read your owners manual if you do not have one call your nearest Toyota dealer and ask for the service department and ask them how to put it back into 2wd

Hi, depending on the vehicle, there can be different controls. Standard control, 4hi, use in slippery conditions, never on dry pavement. Just push the button, and it will engage. 4low is for extreme conditons and the transmission must be in neuteral to engage 4lo. If you have auto 4wd button, just press the button in slippery conditions. If you have a denali, it is all wheel drive, and there are no buttons to push. So, depending on the model, there are multiple ways, but pushing the button engages it. Good luck...Goop

Depending on milage you may have had a servo fail. A servo is an electrical device that engages the four wheel drive when the button on your dash is pressed.
