I have a 1994 honda civic dx 1.5L and when i turn the key, all of the dashboard lights come on and even the radio, but it only makes one click and nothing happens. If i try starting it about three more times, it finally starts. But here's the kicker......sometimes it starts right up on the first try! What is wrong with this possessed car?

The fuel pump relay is located under the dashboard of the car right next the fuse panel. Depicted in the included photo, is the exact replacement relay for a 1994 Honda Civic DX, and should look like, or similar to, the one located by the fuse box.

you need to check all fuses one by one for loose contact.leave the igtion key to on position and try to tap the fuse box, shake wires from battery going to inside the car.A testlight is effective in diagnosting this trouble.Probing the wires on the ignition switch while turning on the key.Need somebody to observe the cluster while performing the troubleshooting.
