Very rare for oem to stock these, especially 10 years old. There might be an aftermarket company to supply this but it would be cheaper and faster to make them.

Location of purge valve on 2005 ford explorer sport trac

Right under the hood near the ABS brake control block.

Its between the ABS control unit and the firewall.
The ABS Control is a square block with about 4 or 5 brake lines coming out of it.

Hope this helps

I hit my brake pedal and felt it bleed off but there is not no line infraction or leaks after checkout but still having to replace brake fluid. The breaks are soft and go plum to the floor for some reason

If you are having to replace brake fluid after you've filled it and bled the lines to remove air you have a brake line leak somewhere. I suggest following the break lines (probably 2 of them) from the Master Cylinder to the ABS unit. If there are no leaks then follow the other 4 lines coming out of the ABS to their respective wheels. The disappearing brake fluid has to be going somewhere, try putting large pieces of cardboard under your vehicle to check for drips, this may help in locating the leak. Also inspect the caliper area as brake fluid could be leaking from there as well. Please remember: PLAY IT SAFE!! Don't drive a vehicle with improperly working brakes! Stopping is the most important part of driving!

Line broke was leaking fluid then stopped leaking . no fluid comes out of abs unit on frame. is there a way to reset the abs unit to get fluid to rear brakes again

Replace the broken line then, you must bleed the entire brake system , each wheel works by itself on these cars, . Put the rearend in the air get the tires off and then find where the lines go into the ABS unit. Bleed fliud there first, then the individual wheel cylinders in the rear. after you bleed the system, check to make sure the brake system is balanced.

you must mean the abs system, the light will be on if there is a leak in any part of system. this is why brakes are soft.the abs system has all brake lines coming out of it, 2 to the front and 2 lines to back brakes.

Brake fluid leaking from ABS distribution block

You have to replace the master cylinder because the fluid that leaks from it is getting into the brake booster and compromising the seals. So you can probably get away with the booster and cylinder. Unless the ABS unit is a part of the either of the affected parts, or isn't working properly, you can leave it alone. ---------------------
A fluid-distribution system includes a plurality of fluid-distribution nodes with three-way ports attached to bleed/flush lines and alternate ports attached to vacuum lines. A first pump is used to draw new brake fluid from a new fluid container, push it through the manifold and ports, and through the bleed/flush lines. Fluid flow through the ports is selectively controlled by a computing device. In this manner, a vehicle's brake system including individual brake lines and ABS systems, may be flushed in a prescribed sequence. The vacuum lines are connected to a second pump via alternate ports of the sequential control valve manifold and may be used evacuated air and contaminated brake fluid from the vehicle's bleeder valves or master cylinder. Additionally, the bleed/flush lines may be connected to the alternate ports during priming or purging of the system. This also facilitates storage of the bleed lines as it prevents brake fluid from spilling and prevents air from entering the system. thanks.
