Question about 1999 Oldsmobile Aurora
As long as the starter is engaged the engine will run. As soon as the starter is disengaged, the engine stops running.
Definately the ignition switch. The main relay has 2 sides to it. Its turns everything on like fuel pump ecu and ect. when the key is in the start position. Then the other side of it is the simply run side which keeps everything on but disengages the starter. You can fix it by taking it apart but its better to just go ahead and get a new one. I dont think they are that expensive.
