As you said relay is good, try to check 4 connection of relay, pullout relay, check if there a 12 volts supply,, a 12 volt control by ignition sw.,connection to blower motor, the last connection is to the switch mostly connected to ground.

2003 buick rendezvous blower motor has 12 volts but isnt working even with new blower motor

The motor has to have voltage and a good ground.
Could be a faulty ground connection.

Blower motor speed not working

This is usually due to 1 of 3 possible problems.

  1. Bad blower motor resistor - attaches to blower motor and regulates fan speeds. Not uncommon to lose 1 speed at a time until you get stuck with only 1 speed
  2. Bad blower motor
  3. Bad heater control module - less likely but still possible the module is bad and the whole unit requires replacing

Blower motor stopped working on 99 taurus; no air/heat; need assistance w/troubleshooting. Where should I start?

Start by checking the fuse. If the fuse is good, then either the blower motor is bad or the blower motor resistor pack is bad especially if this problem started with the lose of some of the speeds as in it only worked on high. It can be the speed control itself is bad but rarely does it go bad. You can check the motor by applying 12 volts directly to the motor to see if it is good.

I have a 1994 Buick LeSabre Limited with a blower motor that will not run. When I hook the motor up directly to the battery it works, and when I put a voltmeter on the plug that goes into the blower motor...

The blower motor fuse,or relay is not working, check these, and the blower motor switch. The relay is activated by connecting ground to the relay.Best bet,is the blown fuse.

1998 durango blower not working blower not working for air or heater

Check the blower motor fuse to see if it is blown, and look for a blower motor relay, and check it to see if it is good. Then if you must, run a hot wire from a 12 volt power source to see if the blower will run,if not .or if it runs slow ,replace it.If the fan runs good, look at the blower control switch to be bad, replace it.

Replace your resistor if you haven't already. I had the same issue with mine, it only worked on high.
