1990 dodge ram w250 swap to crossflow radiator and intercooler
I am trying to swap my 1990 dodge diesel core support out for one out of a 1992 truck to add the the later model crossflow radiator and intercooler setup. Just wondering if anybody knows if it will all fit or not?

My 1992 Cummins W250 auto trans turned out to be the Computer/ECM mounted on front fender by battery tray. Mine only acted up in cold wheather. It started out with the ASD (auto shut down relay) clicking rapidly. In addition the water in fuel, wait to start and check engine light also blinked fast. In this state, the battery would not charge.
The vacuum pump in the Dodge W150-350 Cummins Diesel is integral with the power steering pump on the driver's side of the engine. remove it as one unit from the accessory drive unit. Then you have to press the gear off the shaft to separate the power steering pump from the vacuum pump
That unit is 4900 pounds. Impressive- now you have a towning compacity of 7000 pounds- I would recamend checking your rear diff for leaks and how old your struts are and if your leaf springs are tired, and check your brakes!! I know with the manual you have more towing compacity but I don't know the total, your post is old- and you probably know by now. Good luck.
