The owners manual will give you a layout of the fuse box but in case you dont have it just start by pullingg fuses and looking at them you can see if their blowen, if there all ok then check for a dirty switch,or even getting power too it,
i dout if both motors would go bad at the same time

You need to see a wiring diagram to see how the ignition switch allows or sends power to that 30 amp fuse. The switch may turn on a relay (maybe the ignition relay) that sends power to the fuse panel. Or the run wire out of the switch may itself turn power on at the fuses. You may have a loose connection behind the fuse panel.
Get a test light, pull the fuse, and check for power at the fuse terminals, with key on. One terminal for the fuse should have power. If not, power is lost between the ignition switch and that fuse. If it does have power, and windows still don't work, check the wire from fuse panel to the master switch-loose or poor connections, maybe a partially broken wire. If it looks good, check the ground wire for the windows. The ground wire originates at the master switch and will go back into the cabin to a nearby ground, possibly behind the left kick panel. If still no help, someone may need a volt- ohmmeter to start checking continuity of wires, voltage drops, etc.

Why my alarm and power windows stop working I look for fuse but nothing listed

There is a 50amp fuse marked number 12 in the fuse box in the engine compartment that powers the windows.
I don't have anything on the alarm.

I had the same problem. I found a wire in the drivers door was shorting. The problem was it was not a complete short and giving good readings on a test light. Use a volt meter and have fun tracing the wires.

do you have remote start on that truck? if you do, it has a hood safety switch that will keep it from starting if hood is open. That hood switch is quite easily identifyable. Look for it on the drivers side, either close to the firewall or right at the front of the fuse box.itsa worth taking a look

well being that the power mirror and window both get power from the same source aka one lead wire i would check to make sure the wire is not damaged from door opening and closing ect.
also there is a fuse somewere for power windows but typically bothh would not work if fuse issue howerver check your power window relay if that is not the issue either a wire came out of the fuse box for driver side door power and or the wire is damaged

if it helps please leave a good thumbs up
