Question about 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee
My 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee did the water pump in the other and did get a little hot. Have replaced pump and runs ok other than a miss. Rang Jeep and they said it could be a sensor. I run the jeep for and 80 miles and there is no sign of water in oil and it has not used any water so I'm hopeful that the head is ok. Would love to take in and get fixed but the local Mechanic's are hopeless here. I have also pulled each plug lead off one at a time and this has made no difference to the miss.
Might be an injector.

If the check engine light is not on, I would do a cylinder compression test.
