Sounds like one of the nylon drum/clutch pack seals was damage during reassembly. You'll have to pull it back out open it back up and replace the seals.

Gears on Mercedes automatic c200 maintenance

I have never seen too many internal automatic
transmissions with gear wear

I have seen some horribly burnt drums & other hard
parts

I assume you have it in pieces,so you just rebuild it

Using the correct fluid & changing every 3 years

A trans only lasts about 10 years all though a Mercedes
rear drive is like new at 150,000 in some cases

A'm I missing the question?

I have a Mercedes benz, C200, 1996, Elegance. It vibtrates on reverse gear. All other gears are okay

If its a standard transmission its likely a bearing called the pilot bearing . Its a needle bearing that fits into the flywheel and the transmission shaft fits into it .If its worn the transmission will jump in reverse move up and down on the rubber mount . Or if its an automatic then its likely the rubber mount it self or a motor mount witch is also a rubber mount there is 2 on the motor and 1 on the trany

Transmission fluid leaking from bell housing when in gear.

If you have never done this before,it may be best to take the truck to a shop or have some one with experience help you. You will need the truck up far enough to take out the transmission. The linkage and drive shaft has to be removed, then unbolt the transmission from the bell housing.Special tools may be needed to pull and replace the seal.
Transmission fluid needs to be changed since it is a brownish color.

Does a mazda 323f 2001 model need gearbox oil change after some milage or is it a sealed unit?

Automatic and standard transmission needs fluid change every 24 months. On automatic transmissions, the gasket needs to be changed as well as the filter. On standard transmission there is a drain plug that can be loosened up, and refilled through the refill hole. Standard transmission use gear oil, while automatic transmission uses automatic transmission fluid.

Automatic transmission dropping out of overdrive/4th gear

Likely you have a shaft seal or clutch piston seal thats leaking only when the unit gets hot and clearances change. It will require teardown and careful inspection to determine exactly where, then replace worn parts and finish rebuild.

You'll probably have to change the clutch plate on the flywheel. You'll have to get a floor jack, but a transmission jack is easier to remove the transmission. To remove the transmission you'll have to remove the tortion bars on both front wheels. Also, you'll have to remove the crossmember aft of the transfer case. You'll also have to remove the front and rear drive shafts. The manual says you should keep the transfer case from leaking oil out the back. but, you can just top it off after you're done. Be careful not to damage the seal seal for the rear drive shaft. Anyway, once you get the transmission and transfer case out (you'll have to remove the shift and transfer case levers), you should have enough space to remove the clutch plate from the flywheel on the engine. You should have an alignment tool to make sure the clutch plate is aligned with the crankshaft so you can put the transmission back on.
