I recently bought a 2005 toyota camry. It did not come with an owners manual. Now the maintenance light has come on and I don't know how to reset it. Can you help me? My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
a 6ya Mechanic can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Mechanic (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

While many owners manuals are available online, it appears yours is not. Toyota.com says to call their Material Distribution Center at 1-800-622-2033 to order owners manuals, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and other technical reference documents. It doesn't say if there is a fee, or how much.
Another site: Helm, Inc.has owners manuals for a fee. Might be cheaper than Toyota.
If you are just looking for maintenance schedules, Edmunds.com has a Maintenance page with manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule, recalls, and technical service bulletins for your car. Good luck.
The odo-button dance procedure to reset the light is listed in Page 122-123 of the US 2004 Toyota Prius Owner's Manual (Section 2-5 "Operation of Instruments and Controls: Gauges, Meters and Service Reminder Indicators", item (j) in the "Service reminder indicators and warning buzzers" section). It should be listed in a similar section in your Toyota Camry Solara's Owner's Manual.
Most maintenance lights are set to come on automatically every 5,000 miles telling you to get your oil changed. If you do your own service, or have someone other then the Toyota dealer service your vehicle, look for that light description in the owners manual where it explains the dash lights and go to the page explaining it and it should give you the procedure to reset that light when it comes on.
my mother in law's 2005 Toyota Camry to turn off the maintenance light after an oil change. push and hold the trip/odometer and turn the ignition key to the run position while still holding trip/ odometer switch and release trip/ odometer tun ignition switch off and light should be reset
disconnect the positive battery cable for 3 min.reconnect and start it up,if light comes back on,there is a malfunction in computer system that controls your drivetrain.service engine soon light pertains to the computer, sensors, etc.this light is not for maintenance reminders!
