Question about 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid
Some of the buttons on my panel (fan, a/c, etc.) do not light at night.

I had a similar issue, but I think it's because I left the tailgate door open slightly and the built-in light killed my battery. I jumped my battery, but I wasn't able to start my car again and this time the door was closed properly. I was told by Honda that the batteries only last for about 2-3 years. I have since replaced the battery and no more issues.

It can be the A/C switch causing this, but not likely. Make sure to turn the A/C off when you stop. If it still does it after turning the A/C off, replace the thermal relay.

THEY MAKE THE SYSTEM AND HAVE INSTRUCTIONS YOU CAN DOWNLOAD.
PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL BRANDS/MODELS OF OPENER WILL WORK WITH THIS SYSTEM.
HOPE THIS HELPS

The center dashboard panel, which holds the climate control system, etc., must be gently pried up. Start at the bottom and work your way around. Once this is loose, disconnect the electrical connectors and the panel can be removed completely. The light bulbs are marked Gray and Black and are freed by a turning slightly. I think the only place you can get the bulbs is a Honda dealer.
