Question about 2005 Ford F-150
When it's -20degrees the starter wont turn over, but when it warms to -10 degrees it will start. I replaced the starter, thinking this will help but it does the same thing. Won't start on cold mornings. Jump start won't work. Shop replaced starter and relay. Problem not solved. When it heats up it works just fine. It happens when it snows and when its real cold It set up a small heater under the hood and then tarped it off like a tent to trap the heat. I wait an hour and it starts. WTF?! I have an Alarm and Remote start. I don't think that it's the problem but maybe?
Have a look at ur starter to see if its lined up as ive had the same thing in a food zodiac it dont take much to be off
