The blower resistor is under the hood at the firewall on pass side... there are no screws just tabs holding it in place... the pigtail is usually needed when the resistor goes bad it melts the harness

Can i use e85 gas in my 1999Plymouth grand Voyager

No. Grand Voyager not set up for E-85. If you want to use E-85 I suggest you ask dealer about what modifications you need. But, it is costly and depending on the motor and mileage might not be worth the cost.

What is a clockspring and where is it located on my 97 Plymouth Grand Voyger? Is it easily accessible? Cost?

I am pretty sure that the clock spring unit is under recall and can be replaced for free. Just call your local dealer and speak to a shop manager to make sure your model is included. If so you can set up an appointment and they will replace it for free.I had to take my 99 Voyager in for the same thing it took about an hour and all was well.

'99 Plymouth Grand Voyager fan switch issues

The problem is not with the switch, it's the blower motor resistor. The resistor is usually located in duct work near the blower motor. It will have 4or 5 wires going to it and is held in place with a couple screws. These things generate heat, so they put them in duct work so the fan blows air across them to keep them cool. Sometimes the plug gets hot and melts, you should be able to buy the resitor and the plug with wires (pig tail) from an auto parts store or a dealer. The resistors are usually about $50 the pig tail is about $30.

Air bag sensor location 1999 plymouth grand voyger se

Should be part of the ACM, (airbag control module) located behind center console, near firewall, but PLEASE BE AWARE, "VERY DANGEROUS " item to fiddle with as airbag(s) could deploy if proper steps are not taken by knowledgeable technician, prior to attempting any repairs to it.
