Disconnect Batt, pull spark plugs and wires, and PVC hose. Remove six nuts from valve cover. crawl under pass side front wheel and remove the plastic rock gaurd under engine. Remove power steering belt and serpentine belt. Remove upper and lower timing chain covers. Before you remove the timing chain covers I would turn the motor clockwise until you are at top-dead-center compression stroke. that would be the #1 cyc. If your not sure how to do that look at the bigger pully on the front of your engine. There will be a grove across it. Using a 19mm socket and ratchet turn the cranklshaft until the notch aligns with the "zero" on the lower timing chain cover. Have someone else put there hand over the #1 cyclinder hole and when they feel pressure you are on the right stroke, stop when you align the notch with zero. Now take off the covers and remove the timing chain idler gear. It has a spring on it. Remove the belt. Now you need to remove all plumbing going to the head. Start with the thermostat housing hose and make sure all hoses are disconnected. Remove the fuel rail and exhaust manifold to make the access easier. Once everything is out of the way pull the valve cover and remove the 8 bolts securing the head. if I remember right you will need a very big metric allen wrench. Buy one that you can use with a 1/2 inch ratchet and extension. Do not reuse your head bolts they stretch after initial torque. Replace them and the head gasket. Hope this helps

What could be the cause why my toyota paseo 1991 keeps on boiling in the overglow bottle even though my car is not overheating

I doubt it's actually boiling over. More than likely you've blown the head gasket on the car and the pistons are pushing compressed air back into the water system and it coming out the bottle. If you continue to drive the car the gasket will deteriorate and the coolant will start to get into the cylinders and oil. At that point you may be looking at crank bearing damage and a warped or cracked head.

Have a 1996 toyota paseo I check the water level this morning and i went about 40 miles came to a stop and it shut down and had no water in radiator. Could it be the EGR value or the head gasket. Please...

It is not the EGR, it can be a head gasket, only a trained pro can check this and know for sure. You will need the system pressure tested and see if any of the cooling system components is leaking coolant.

Gas smell in exhaust

you have either a blown head gasket or cracked head. The white smoke is coolant passing through the engine and exhaust. The gas smell is from compression leaking past the gasket or head, pushing fuel vapor into the air.

Replace starter

Your second bolt on your paseo comes through the tranny and threads into the starter, It's really weird why they did that. The Tercels all mount through the starter.
