Question about 1990 Dodge Dynasty
It might be cables and the cable might be stretched. In at the inside of the trunk hood and see what type of actuation it has. If it is electrical try hooking up a voltmeter and actuating the contorl to see if the actuater is getting voltage. If it is then the actuator is shot. If it is not, you will need to check the switch (make sure it is closing)
