All you can do is try! Now, first thing you have to do is to have someone pull the window up while you hold the switch up. If the window is all of the way down then you will have to pull the inside panel off to get to the window. If this works you may have to tape the window in place. Sounds like either your window regulator or window motor has gone bad.
Please remember to rate this fix.

Some times you can hit the door (the door the window is located in from the inside) while pressing the up button and it will get the motor to roll it up. I would wither a bad motor or contact

My 1998 ford explorer driver side power window will not roll back up! :-(

From your description it sounds like the motor is drawing too many amps and a circuit breaker is opening (to protect the motor). That could be from one of two things: a failing motor or a bad set of gears or some other hindrance that is causing the motor to work too hard. Auto circuit breakers generally reset themselves after everything cools down. Since it happened on more than one window it could also be that the circuit breakers are getting old and less reliable meaning that they will continue to fail more often. The symptoms do not suggest a broken wire

How do I get the electric window on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee to roll back up?

Jeeps are really bad for the window regulators going bad. That's your problem. No fix for them, just replace it.

How do I get my drivers door open...I have tried the key and electric locks but drivers door will not open

It appears to me that the door hinge bushings have worn out , do not force the inner or outer door handles. Lower the window and use the top part of the window frame to left up on the door to release the weight on the door latch and try to open it. If this allows the door to open your hinge bushing are worn out and allowing the door to sag putting it's weight on the door latch. This is common on drivers doors because of being the most used.

My 1998 ford f150 4x4 has electrial problems. The dome light, power windows, wipers, electric door locks are not working. Any ideas

Hi, this might be caused by a blown fuse. Check all fuses as there are some systems integrated with others running from the same fuse. If all the fuses are fine you will need to look at the earth connections and power supplies to the systems.
