The falshe unit itselp should just plug in or have a plug that attaches to it. Just pu;; on it firm and it will come out. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate my answer, thanks.

Flasher

Be sure the fuse is in place in the fuse-box.

Also test the relay that controls the turn indicators. Occasionally, the relay itself emits the noise heard while the turn indicator is on.

Suzuki doesn't provide free manuals for download. You must buy them from the dealer.

Flasher Relay Unit

So you hear the flasher working? If you put your finger on the unit when it's flashing you will feel the one that is working. It is possible that the new unit doesn't look exactly like the old one, but if the electrical connection is the same, it should be alright. Some cars have two flashers, one for the turns, and one for the hazard lights. And some cars use a composite flasher that is for both the turns and the hazard lights. Keep looking. It should be up in there, possibly just to the right or just to the left of the steering column. If you still can't find it, check with a Suzuki dealer for the location...Or, go to www..autozone.com. and register there for free. You can list your car there, make, model, year, and engine, and you will find some good repair info there, along with component locations. It may tell you where that flasher is.
Good luck.

Main beam flasher stopped working but main bwam still works what is wrong

Its likly the flasher control unit .Im not sure exactly ware its located on a Suzuki but most are eighter pluged into the fuse box or in whats called a relay center under the dask . its round maybe matlic or plastic and usely has to blade pronges that simply just unplugs and you plug the new unit in. If you want to know for sure if its bad unplug it make sure are unpluging the right one because usely 2 of them but 1 emergance flasher but its usely the same part # .So see if the emerg flashers work and switch it with the turn signal flasher and see if they work if so replace the bad unit there about 10 dollars

My turn signals won't come on at all?

check the fuse if good then turn on the hazard lights if they work then you probably need a turn signal flasher which is a separate flasher unit then the hazard one.it usually looks like the hazard one so with the hazards on and locate it then you will know what the signal flasher looks like and you will also know not to change the wrong flasher unit.the signal flasher is often located at or near the under dash fuse panel or somewhere in the dash you don`t say what type of car your talking about.

My turn signals on my 87 camaro don't work but hazards do.anyone know the problem?

Most likely it is a defective turn signal flasher......put in a electronic unit when changing it.
