Fdarrin, The first thing I would like to try is to take a pump water spray bottle filled with water. On a dry day when the engine is running fine, have the engine running and begin to "mist" water with the spray bottle on small sections of the ignition coils. You want to see if you can recreate the problem. Continue to spray the coils, spark plug wires and spark plugs and sensors until you get the problem to reoccur. It should help you narrow down were the problem might be. A cracked coil tower or coil is possible.
Let me know.
Regards.

I have a miss fire on cylinder 2and 3 I have changed coil pack ,spark plugs and wires still have the missing in it did not make a difference what else can I do

Is the computer code coming up as a misfire or are you actually feeling the misfire when you drive? Make sure all the grounds for the coil packs and engine are solid and clean. Many times there is rust corrosion under the pack or the retaining screws etc, Low compression can feel like a misfire as well. If all items are OK do a compression check to verify its not an issue.

#1 and #4 are not firing I changed the coil pack and still no change any ideas

You said you changed the coil pack and the wires but didn't mention the plugs. Try moving one of the plugs to a different cylinder and see if the miss follows it. It could also be the ignition module. (the thing the coil packs mount to.)

1995 Mazda b2300 miss fire on # 2 cyl

Could have a vac leak or intake valve problem.
Yes it is possible to have an issue with the ignition module. I show a separate module from the coil pack.

I changed wires ,spark plugs, two coil packs and the two cylinders are still not firing

Do you have a simple miss on 2 cylinders? If so, you might be looking at a fuel injection problem, specificially a computer problem not firing the fuel injectors for the two cylinders in question.

I would investigate that route.

Could also be a module for the coil packs, that the coil packs sit on.

I have an 2002 buick century that has a iginition miss. We have changed the spark plugs, iginition wires, coil pack. It first came back with a miss fire number 2 cyclinder. The coil pack was changed. Now...

double check plug wires to be sure they go to the right cylinders. After that i would check fuel injectors
You need a listening device and listen for metallic clicking sound. Bad injectors will be silent and they do cause the same miss

It could be the coil, or the ignition module where there coils sit on. Start with the simple and check the spark plug wire first, then work your way to the coils and module. Once you work your way to the coils, try switching the coils around and see if the misfire will switch cylinders which would indicate a bad coil. If the same cylinders are still misfiring after the coils have been switch, then it's a good chance that's it's going to be the wire harness to the ignition module or the module it self. Good luck and hope this helps.

Two cylinders won;t fire

if you have already replaced the plugs and wires, 1st check that all connectors are properly attached to the coil packs. if that is all ok, you should change BOTH coil packs. when they begin to go bad, they will only send spark to one plug.
