either you have a really big power drain or the alternator is not putting out enough to keep battery fully charged. check alt output with lights/accessories on/off . voltage should not drop below 12.5 running have you checked this?

Your first three words...battery checks ok....??? See why its difficult to do this from my end?
Anyhow, here are a few suggestions to keep new battery OK.
If you like to sit in parking lots (or other places) with the radio on, put a small battery charger on your battery every month or so to bring it back to fully charged.
If you run the battery down by leaving anything on (key, dome light headlamps, and need a jump to start, charge the battery with charger also, as soon as you can. Reason is, your alternator is not designed to charge a battery. It's purpose is to maintain the state of charge in the battery. Though it may seem OK after a jump and drive, it will never again have a deep charge unless you put it there with a charger.
This also overworks the alternator.
So aside from keeping it clean on the outside, if you follow this rule it will be happy on the inside and give you even longer than its expected service life in return. Good luck with your car!!

1990 ford f-150 5.0 auto idles at 2000-2200 when warm, it goes up and down when heat or cooling is used.Changed IAC valve and checked pcv valve. What do I look for next?

first thing to do is to disconnect the battery for about 15 min. this lets the computer clear out its old idle strategy. reconnect the battery, turn of a/c and any other electrical loads and let it just idle for 10 -15 min. then turn on a/c and let idle another 10 min. this lets the computer relearn the idle strategy. if it still idles fast, check that the throttle plates are in fact all the way closed, and not hung open for some reason. if that's ok, check for a vaccuum leak. ok, on second thought, maybe check for a vacuum leak first, it would be fairly big if its idling that high

1996 ford f150 inline 6 4.9l starts great cold but once it gets hot and you let it sit for 10 to 15 mins it wont start

Check for a bad temperature sensor. If there is any code, read it with a scanner, and it will usually tell you what is going on.

Car will not start-battery is fine

Try this Put your key in turn it on dont start wait 10 mins remove key wait 10 seconds repeat this a total of 3 times. Your theft light should go out. As long as the light is on your fuel system is disabled. If that dont work try a different key do the same thing. If that dont work a dealer needs to probably replace and reprogram your ignition switch and keys

My Ford F150 06 was running normal then we parked for half an hour we turn the key to start and all lights go on but no turning over no sound at all. Any ideas?

do the lights dim at all?check battery cables, next check the relay, under hood passengerside fender, jump it to see if it starts.if it does its bad.still nothign check the starter solenoid by tapping it and trying to start it. may need a new starter. if it truns into an intermitten problem it could be ignition switch.

Checked battery and charging system and it was fine

A simple load test on your current battery will tell you if it's the battery. Double check all connections are clean, tight & in good shape. Usually autoparts places, or garages will test it free.

I have a 1999 ford f150 battery is being drained by somethin i can jump the truck and it is fine unless i turn it off for more than 45 min.then i have to jump it again can you help me

First thing to do is go to Advance Auto parts and have them check the battery and the alt. to see if they are working OK. If they check out OK. Look of a light that may be staying on. Glovebox light, vanity mirror on sunvisor.under hood lamp, dome light (if it is and automatic shut off it may not be working right. Other thing could be wrong but those are the most likely.
Good luck Jerry
