The infl and parking brake light is on. when i apply the brake peddle is hard and the front wheels lock up and the back ones still roll not fun in snow
SOURCE: problems with turn signals and tial lights
if you have the circuit board type rear lights the circuits inside will brake and cross eachother that will cause your problem

There is a "star wheel" accessed thru a slot on the backside of the "wheel". When you put a brake adjusting tool in that slot moving the tool up turns the wheel in one direction, moving the tool down turns it in the other direction. I don't remember which direction is which but you can tell after once you start turning the star wheel.
The tire needs to be off the ground. Tighten or loosen the brakes until you can freely sping the tire by hand.
A screwdriver can be used to do this, but it's much more difficult than with a brake too.

I'd be checking the sensor (ABS) at that wheel, (right front) and adjusting rear brakes to proper clearance, as well as inspect them for proper operation with wheels off.

The rotor may be warped or the right wheel may not be braking at all. Check these things. Good Luck.
