Hi check for another fuse box under bonnet near battery as it sounds like you may have blown a main fuse , as the items you say are now not working are all motors and use a higher ampage than alot of curcuits they sometimes split these onto alarger fuse like a 40 amp or 50 amp .
if it has blown one of these you will have to get a replacement from a main dealer

If you are DIY, I highly recommend the repair manual, with the electrical section. filepeep.com if they have it. or, manualslib.com or auto parts store usually carry it. or your library may carry a copy.
Blown fuse perhaps.... but also if this car is equiped with air filters for filtering the circulating air inside the car .. if they become clogged it sends a message to the fan switch and the fans will not runn until the filters are changed. You can uusully find them in the glove box somewhere.
There is a relay, and it should be in the fuse box. If it's not there, you may have a Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM). It's a big black and silver box around the radiator. The relay could be housed here. If so, you'll have to replace the entire box as these relays are not serviceable.
yes there is a fuse
what kind of nest? did something chew through a wire?
could be under dash or the fuse box under the hood if you still have it check the owners manual in the glove box dont jump steps and just replace the fan could be fruitless
well the cheapest way would be to do it yourself, if you dont have a service manual for your car go to advance auto and and find it then look up how to do it (write it down or something) then put it back on the shelf and make sure you understand it, and then get the parts and tools you need (some sockets and screwdrivers will work) fix it on a nice day.
or if you dont understand how to do it then call up the shop you use and ask them how much, if i were to guess off the top of my head i would say around 400 or 500 dollars
Available at hondapartscheap check it out, it's southbay honda. Not sure how much of the sunroof u need, they have great exploded views of parts, just enter year, model, etc. they're factory parts, about 28% off. countrycurt0
I am having the same problem; I cannot find a 93 Prelude sunroof. But the answer is no you can't use any other year of sunroof on ours. Just about everything else but the roof will fit. Hope this helped.
