How do i change the back (3) three spark plugs on a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am, GT 3.1L (the V 6 Engine)

I have a malibu 3.1, this is how I changed the back plugs. remove the plate that the coils sit on, 3 bolts i think ! then you should have enough room to get at back plugs and wires. if anything else is in the way remove it if possible.

How to change back spark plug on 3.1

I used to have a Pontiac in which I had to pull the front tire off and then get to the plugs by going over the A frame. Doesn't mean it will work on your Grand Prix but you might try it.
