Frozen winshield washer lines

Find a heated garage, you need to thaw out he lines, or use a hair dryer if you can follow the line path. When working, drain all the fluid by holding down the spray button on the car. Go and buy he heavy duty washer fluid with the lowest freezing point you can buy and refill your washer reservoir with it. Don't add any water Most likely you had water in the reservoir and it froze.

Driver windshield whipers dont work miss side of car by 6 in

Check the mounting bolts for the wiper motor. Two may be missing. If the motor shifts or rotates, it throws off the geometry of the mechanism.

Can't get pin off to replace wiper blades

well your problem is not a pin, the clip is a pain in the arse, flip the whiper arm out away from the windshield, push down on the clip and wiggle it with gentle force down toward the windshield being careful not too hit the windshield with your hands, it does take a little force too wiggle it off though.........

Windshield washer does not pump fluid

The pump works off the same circuit as the wipers, so it would be same fuse. Most likely the pump is no bad.
