Freeze plugs are about the size of a silver dollar. They are close to impossible to see, much less replace.
If there is any way you can do so, go to a junk yard, or a place where you can see an old motor that has been taken out of a car.
The freeze plugs are halfway between the top and the bottom of the motor, on the sides, and usually there are 2, 3, or 4 on each side.

po420--- catalist efficiency below threshold--- possible fix. a po420 means that one or more of the following has happened. the easiest thing to do, is erase code with scanner. and see if it comes back. the engine coolant tempuature sensor may not be working properly, damaged exhaust manifold, or catalytic convertor may be bad. check 02 sensor also behind convertor towards rear. its really hard to say can be anyone off above!! but check 02 sensor first it may be bad.

you need to get the code from a dealer sometimes it will be in your manual

The cost of the belt was $60 canadian.

the switch is on the backside of emergency brake lever, it may be out of adjustment.

sell it while it still moves

Either the relay is shot, or the sensor is bad. As new as it is, I don't believe the fan motor would be bad.
