Question about 1999 Buick Park Avenue
The right turn signal isn't working. The turn signal indicator is not lighting up on the dash. But, the turn signal light just stays on when you use the turn signal indicator. What to do next?

This is weird! It seems to me that the left turn signal is getting 12v from somewhere at all times.I don't think the flasher is the problem(most GM systems use a single flasher for left and right)You probably have a crossed wire somewhere(or an add on accessory was connected to the left signal wire, allowing 12 volts to bleed through to the circuit)

SOURCE: Right turn signal doesn't work.
the next step and almost certainly the problem is the turn signal switch, have seen this symptom on other years around yours and switch fixed it.
